All purchases made with Bayou Beast Rage Room — including smash sessions, group packages, add-ons, merchandise, digital products, and gift cards — are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only under the limited conditions described in this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Cancellation 24+ Hours in Advance
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may receive:
-A full credit to use toward a future session, OR
-A refund minus a 10% processing fee. Refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank
Bayou Beast-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel your session due to:
-Severe weather
-Safety concerns
-Facility issues
-Staffing emergencies
-Power outages
You may choose between:
-A full refund, OR
-A full credit to reschedule within 30 days.
Duplicate Charges / Payment Errors
If a technical or billing error results in:
-Duplicate transactions
-Incorrect pricing charged
We will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount after verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following do NOT qualify for refunds under any circumstances:
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
No-Show Appointments
Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior communication results in a forfeited session with no refund or credit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in denied entry to maintain scheduling.
Late arrivals are non-refundable. we encourage all guests to arrive 15 MINUTES before their session to sign THE waiver, watch THE safety video, and apply safety gear properly.
Failure to Follow Safety Rules
If a participant is removed or their session is ended due to violating safety rules, intoxication, vandalizing facility, being disrespectful to guests, misconduct, or refusal to comply with staff instructions, no refund will be issued, you will be escorted from premises, and not allowed to return in the future.
Gift Cards & Promotional Purchases
digital products, merchandise, Gift cards, discounted sessions, promotional sales, and special offers are non-refundable.
Group Bookings, Events & Parties
For group sessions of 6 or more, private parties, or corporate events:
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking
-The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event
-Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable
Rescheduling may be allowed once at our discretion.
Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed:
-To the original payment method, or
-As store credit, depending on the situation. store credits must be redeemed within 30 days.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
