Our rage room is a safe, controlled environment where you can smash, break, and destroy to let go of stress, anger, and everyday frustrations. life gets heavy, and we don’t always have a healthy outlet. that’s where we come in.

what is a rage room?
A rage room is a controlled environment where you can safely smash and destroy items to release stress, tension, and frustration. It’s a fun, therapeutic, and adrenaline-filled experience designed to help you let loose without judgment.
how does a rage room session work?

can i participate if i’m under the influence?
no. anyone under the influence of drugs or ALCOHOL will be refused service with no refund.
what behavior(s) can get someone removed?
no refunds are issued for removal. we may remove guess who are:
- violent
- unsafe to other guests or staff
- violating house and/or safety rules
- damaging property outside the smash zone
- under the influence of drugs or ALCOHOl.
how early should i arrive and what if i arrive late?
please arrive 15 mINUTES EARLY to check in, receive safety instructions, sign THE waiver, and gear up. late arrivals may have reduced smash time or may need to be rescheduled at staff’s discretion.
do i need to make a reservation?
Yes. We highly recommend booking online to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed due to limited session availability.
how long is each session?
Sessions typically last 20–60 minutes, depending on the package chosen. You also get extra time for gearing up and safety instructions.
what items can i smash?
items vary by package by may include:
- glass bottles
- plates and dishes
- electronics (keyboard, phones, printers, tvs, etc.)
- small furniture
- mystery smash items
what items can i bring and what gear is required?
- safety gear and smash equipment will be provided with THE purchase of a session
- full face shield or helmet
- protective coverall suit
- cut-resistant gloves
- safety goggles
- chest/arm/hand protectors are optional but recommended.
- inappropriate shoes: heels, slides, OPEN-TOE shoes, slippers, crocs, soft-sole shoes or sandals.
- appropriate shoes: athletic shoes with thick soles or boots.
can i bring my own items to smash?
yes! you may bring approved items. they must be inspected, and cannot include:
- hazardous chemicals
- pressurized items
- liquids/food
- living things
- a byob (bring your own breakables) fees may apply.
are kids allowed?
- +18 and older are allowed to participATE IN the rage room experience.
- minors must have a present in the building. a signed waiver is required. ask a team member about our painting/neon experience.
can i get hurt in a rage room?
Our rooms are designed for safety, and staff monitors each session. However, as with any physical activity, there is inherent risk. Following all rules and wearing gear helps reduce the risk.
are waivers required?
Yes. Every participant must sign a liability waiver before entering the rage room.
what payment methods do you accept?
we accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods displayed during checkout.
can i record my own rage room session?
yes! you can bring your phone or purchase one of our photo/video add-on PACKAGES. we are not responsible for broken personal items. we offer staff-capture photos/videos or an additional fee. ask staff for details.
what happens if i break something outside the smash zone?
damage to walls, cameras, safety equipment, or facility items may result in damage fees.
